'Out Of Gas'

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Do you have a pneumatic tube by any chance?

Pneumatic tubes are SO 20th-century. Teleportation is where it's at, baby.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Paul and I make fantastic crepes, and we're about as close as SF.

Well, since Hec doesn't love me enough to bring me crepes, I *know* Plei loves me enough to bring them....

What is even happening?

Okay, I read while I was still undercaffeinated, and therefore overly serious. I was afraid you were on the expressway to heartache. Being a kissing fool is the opposite.

Annoying, Ginger. I'm one of those who generally prefers to just split it up as long as there's not a great difference, but I strongly believe that the moment someone voices concern, that should end the matter. It's not fair to put someone in the position of having to push about that.

I am the person who hates everybody getting tense over the bill, so believe it or not, t O.O.C. I shut up and let the group tell me what to do. t /O.O.C.

If Person X is feeling like Ginger did, I throw in the extra ten bucks for Person X, because I would pay money not to be uncomfortable. I generally take the approach opposite to Nora's and order cheaply, so that I won't be broke when it is over.

Yeah, well, I blew my transponder last week and haven't received a replacement yet.

What do you like on your crepes?

move out and draw fire

Coincidentally, I made goat cheese crepes with fig sauce for dinner, much to the DH's dismay.

I made goat cheese crepes with fig sauce for dinner,

Oh my god, that sounds so good. How exactly would one go about making this fig sauce?

I'm getting the pig!

Making out with gay boys is covered in the Facts Of Life manual in the chapter called All Of The Fun And None Of The Guilt. My favorite chapter. I think they also cover Gummi Worms in that chapter.

In a group dinner situation, if I'm aware ahead of time that we'll be splitting the tab evenly, I let others order first and then I try to order in a similar price range. But I would never assume that others should help me pay for my $30 meal if their tab came to $15.

Hoping -t has a safe trip with few surprises.

That's totally the 21st-century equivalent of "The check is in the mail."

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Hec, I like a port and raspberry sauce or lemon butter on mine.

I love the port and raspberry sauce--I've been making it since before I could legally drink--and wish I would remember to write down a recipe for it.

Tep, the batter takes 24 hours to prep, sadly. Mind you, most of that's "resting". (And really, it only rests overnight, but still.)

We had pumpkin ice cream yesterday--a brand from SF--and I wanted to be in Ohio so I could try Graeters. I shake my fists at you with access.
