But? There's always a but. When this is over, can we have a big 'but' moratorium?

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

You're doing well, you know. I mean to an outsider. You're facing difficult things, even while you're still trying to get your bearings. I'm so proud of you.

Librarian Warlord

vw, I think you should just walk away from the email for now. You've done what you can today w/r/t this situation, and you should try to give yourself a break from it until tomorrow.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Mostly lurking...

Thanks, guys. I'm doing my Pros/Cons lists right now (about if I should stay in the class or not). It's not fun.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

GC - I love the picture of your niece and the dog - they have the same expression...

I think you are doing well, vw. cookie for you after you finish the list.

Okay, we're off to Tahoe. See you kids on Sunday.

Ok...I handled that pretty well. My pros/cons lists are written. Why am I getting more anxious and being more of a wreck again?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Remember, vw, that the truth, while a sacred thing, is not necessary at all times. If you like, I can give you the graphic details of the intestinal flu I had two weeks ago and you can use them.

Silence means security silence means approval

The Krankenhosen is still a little febrile, but I think part of the problem is that the weather people totally blew it today. It was supposed to be rainy and upper 50s. It's sunny and mid-60s right now. So, the thermostat thermometer says it's 70 in the house -- and AB is wearing fleece.

I'm OK with hanging out with Ms. Sickpants, since she isn't procrastinating on writing the last 20% of the self-study and using an endless number of excuses to justify her inability to write something I could flip out in about two hours. Instead, she watches Spongebob and eats Nilla wafers and drinks milk. I wish I could do that for $30/hour.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

cake is in the oven ... now a little quick cleaning and rest. and beer. maybe food would be good.

and today - instead of kicking my self about money management - I will praise my self. not because I found extra money- but because I knew I had forgotten something - so I was watching my account - bingo! there is was. So I was able to forstall disaster. If Only I had remembered to actually go to the bank....But hey, that can happen on monday.
