Ellie just woke up. There is a 8 inch wet spot on the bed, but it is from her head. I guess she needs a lighter sleeper. Oops.

I am trying to decide what to do today. I feel crappy, but am hopeful I can turn that around. I may page my therapist here in the near future to see if we can make a plan. I have a doctor's appointment at 9am. I'm just going in to get my second HepB shot from the NP, so I will try to shower before hand, but not beat myself up too badly if I don't.

I don't want to leave the house. I don't want to go to the doctor's appointment. I'm tempted to take a cab, but that would just be a waste of money. I think it's time to page my therapist. May be even time to page the shrink.

If taking the cab gets you there, and you're having a hard time getting yourself there, in my opinion, it is not a waste of money, vw. Take it easy, sweetie. I know you can get through this.
