Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I just read that Aimee, and now I am curious about the wedding etuqette debacle.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

My MiL wrote an article on Wedding Etiquette 2 weeks before our wedding in which she trashed me and my mother. When called on it, she said that maybe she wouldn't come to the wedding. Joe called her bluff and said that she absolutely shouldn't.

In the end, it all got fixed and she was there, but it got really hairy with a martyristic email from her ending, "Rememeber your brother loves you and keep in contact with him..."

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Let's say some wonderful person just brought you a care package filled with Lush products. There are so many you have to store some of them away for later use. Do you store them in just a drawer? Or do they have to go in the fridge?

I only store potentially melty Lush stuff in the fridge -- bath melts, Buffy, etc. Everything else (bath bombs, bubble bars, soap, etc.) I keep in the linen closet.

Has anyone taken Airborne fizzy tablets to ward off an incipent cold? And did it work?

What is even happening?

My hairdresser was touting some sort of Vitamin C crystals. They came in a paper-foil packet. I think you mixed them with water and drink the solution. I disremember the name of them, though. If these are those, she said they're effective as far as she can tell.

I think those are Emergen-C. But Airborne is a fizzy tablet like Alka-Seltzer that comes in a plastic tube. It has all kinds of healthy-sounding shit, and comes highly recommended.

I AM NOT GETTING SICK, DAMN IT!!!

Might be Emergen-C -- they come in lots of flavors.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Emergen-C! Saviour of actors! Blessed fizzy drink that makes us feel better! All hail the Emergen-C!
