Everybody plays each other. That's all anybody ever does. We play parts.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

How?
Not sure.

Probably a by-product of trying to unstick unknown keys after the great hot sauce dump of Thursday night. I have most of the chili seeds out of the keyboard now.

But somehow in the randomness of trying to figure what keys were stuck, I made all of my bookmarks and (maybe?) settings go bye-bye.

I'm wishing I had a photographic memory so I could remember even most of what I had marked. I suspect I just learned the hard way that bookmarks should be exported, in case of catastrophic bookmark failure.

eta: Cookies seem to be at least partially in place though. Huh.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The Psychotronic Film Society is selling its entire stock of movies—including DVDs of Michael Flores biopic Bettie Page Uncensored and a whole bunch of kitschy erotica—plus snow globes, toys, and other random stuff for super cheap.

Ooooh!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Paul and his parents took down our rotten deck today.

While they were at it, they took down the too-close-for-comfort pine tree and those weird ugly palm like things that were in the middle of the yard.

Our backyard looks huge right now.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I bet it looks great, Plei. You should put up pictures.

Or maybe I just need to come back soon.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You should build a spaceship, Plei.

Or, you know, a clocktower.

We'll be building a short balcony with enough room for a grill and a couple of chairs.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Or, you know, a clocktower.

But it'll inevitably be destroyed in the climactic battle of a futile (and, one would say, badly-scripted) gang war that arose out of merely a lack of communication, thanks in part to one stubborn vigilante's resistance to actually telling his fellow vigilantes what the hell is going on.

Or maybe it'll spiff up your backyard. Either/or.

I definitely need to come back.

I kinda like the clocktower idea though.

Do I want a margarita, if I only have really good tequila that deserves better?

I vote yes.
