Thanks for coordinating this part, Perkins.
'Out Of Gas'
Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Great idea, Lee. I'll go hit up the paypal link.
Thanks, Perkins, for coordinating this.
I sent some $$ via Paypal.
I forgot to respond earlier. I hope it was on Bitches that we were talking about migraines yesterday. Anyway, Cass, no matter what kind of headaches you have, if you're having them a lot I would recommend seeing a neurologist. I thought I was having lots of tension headaches and migraines once a week, and was just hoping to get rid of the migraines. After I started meds, most of what I thought were the tension headaches went away. I mentioned this to my neurologist and he told me that they were really migraines. I don't know, but it worked, so I'm happy. Good luck!
Thanks for the complete info, Perkins. I was skimming and such since I've not been online a lot the last two days.
Deena, BAD COMMUNISTS! That gave me a massive flashback to when I first started. *shudder* Worst. Periods. EVER. As, I think, Teppy usually says, "closer to the earth, my ass."
I just realized this is a long weekend. This means I get to sleep in THREE DAYS! Dad gets up with boy. Makes Mom happy. Now if the two of them would somehow make me pancakes tomorrow, I'd be doubly happy.
Or they can bring me Krispy Kreme. I don't care which.
So overwhelmingly that Kara wanted to know how I'd cut myself open "down there."Quite the Communist invasion you've got going there...
"Hi, Dad. This is your 32 year old daughter. Yeah, the responsible kid. Um, Dad? I have a problem. I have no savings, and I've apparently spent money on useless shit and paid no attention to my finances for several months. Can you send me some money for gas and groceries?"I've made this call. There is something nice knowing that even when you've fucked up, they still love you and want to help. At least, there was for me. It was kinda epiphany-making, for a lot more reasons than just the money but it was still amazing to realize that my parents loved me even when I had messed things up (and kept them secret) beyond reason.
Y'all still embracing those seeking respite?Of course! Though we might just be saying this to cop a feel or two. That's respite, right?
one for Trader Joe'sExcellent idea!

I generally shy from doctors if I can but this sounds too good. Chronic headaches are just not good for the general mood. Or my temper. Thank you so much for the advice and sharing your experience, libkitty. I really appreciate it.
and the West Coasters are stuck in traffic.t ranty but with a happy ending
OMGWTFWhyyyyyyy, I left work early, got stuck in brutal traffic (5 South just before it split into two freeways and four lanes were blocked from a big-rig versus three other cars accident), almost got squished twice after that on surface streets and finally got to my chiropractors which was why I left work early.
Then my chiro has some intern there who ended up being a nice Wisconsin farm boy who learned well (I am an excellent guinea pig for chiro and stuff somehow. I just know where things are out of place.) But...
And here is the excellent thing, best adjustment on my neck *ever*.
I came home, took my loverly drugs and expect this to be a major turning point in the road to having a healthy back again. Best damn adjustment EVER.
That's respite, right?
Darn tootin' it is. And...

Fantastic.
So, I've got my Diet Coke with Lime and my rum. Who wants to join me?
Ooh, ooh, me. I'm having Mike's hard lime though.
Then let me give you the welcome to respite, with added gropiness.
Fantastic. There really aren't words, but that one comes very very close. I have movies, SciFi Friday with added SG1-age, adequate racing this weekend and the phone number for the pizza place should I get hungry. It might be a couchified weekend but I have this theory of being all flexy again when it is over.
Nice to see you in Bitches, Jen...
