You're talking to Serenity. And, Early... Serenity is very unhappy.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Okay, my physical therapist is a minor god. Remind me of this later when I am sore beyond reason, but damn he fixed what I've messed up in the past few days.

There is a model in our studio wearing a velvety pink, and quite short, nurses uniform. Complete with hat, thigh-high fishnets and platform heels. Somewhere ND is distracted and smiling.

What is even happening?

Most people I know who've gone to PT come home saying their PT is a major sadist, so good show, Cass.

How is your grandmother, today?

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I know I've been whining about first world problems, and I know I probably overcommitted by agreeing to do the wedding and the writers conference on back-to-back weekends, but of course I only discover that when it's too late to back out.

I called my PT office to see if there was any way for them to fit me in, and they can get me on the schedule today. They can try to justify my current visit and bill my insurance on the prescription from my previous back problems, but it'll be easier with a new prescription. So I called the annoying clinic back to ask that they fax over said prescription. Hopefully it'll come together in time, because I know my PT can make it feel at least somewhat better with his amazing massage mojo, and I can get advice from someone with actual expertise who has touched my actual back on what I should and shouldn't do WRT ice v. heat, stretching v. resting, etc.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Maria! Go you, and remember to have fun! And remember, too, that whatever goes wrong (and yeah, something will), at the end of the day you're married to Mr. Maria, which is the best part.

Punishingly Intricate

Maria! I hope you have a lovely time. I can't wait to see pictures.

What amy said, Maria. Also, what's Mr. Maria's name? Can we know, so on the day, we can post congratulatory stuff you'll probably never get to read, anyhow?

(We probably do know, and I'll lay a hard 25 cents that it's Joseph although that could just be what I've decided to call him in my head, because I honestly can't remember.)

move out and draw fire

Maria! It will be wonderful! Don't forget to breathe, and take a few mental snapshots. Have a wonderful honeymoon!

You know, Hec said today or yesterday, "We need a thumper at DH" and I totally missed making a pun on Dear Husband.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Poor Rio hip!

Maria, it'll be wonderful. You may, however, not really remember it. My wedding's kind of a blur. I'm told it was lovely.
