Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Well, I was having a little bit of pain at the spot between my shoulder blade and my spine that sometimes gets strained from over-mousing yesterday and Friday, and the bad pain all radiates from that spot.

Baby in a box

She seems to be wondering: "Have I been delivered to the correct address?"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think she's just grasping the scope of the whole genie thing. "Three wishes, you say? First, I'll wish for infinite wishes!"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Sometimes, I wish family and friends could bottle all the fear, pain, and heartbreak they experience when a loved one is addicted, and somehow let the addict feel it first hand.
I'll take this over sporking the BiL. He doesn't even have the plausible deniability of youth, he's married, wants to adopt my nephew and they were trying to get pregnant again... Sorry, I don't mean to get ranty here. I just have been so focused on other things that I didn't realize how just fucking angry I am. We all welcomed him into our family and this just feels like betrayal.

Cash, I am so glad he is awake and sorry. I do hope that this is a learning experience for him and that he values his life more now.

you and yours are in my thoughts.
As are you...

Being laid up with back pain is much more annoying than getting sick for some reason.
It so is.

And given my track record, I am not a person who should be giving advice.
