My dad takes a VERY high dose of niacin for cardioprotection, and it makes him flush, not painfully, but pretty intensely.
You can get non-flushing niacin. The first time my mom's partner took niacin and flushed, he thought he was having a heart attack. Fortunately, my mom pointed out the niacin, and told him about the non-flushing option for the future. Then, he decided he kind of liked the flush, so stuck with the regular stuff.

That's 'cause you're weird.
May I remind you that you also eat moldy rice?
Spinach is good, though.
Oh, yeah. I add it to omelets, spagetti sauce, make salads of it. There's so many places it can be used. I go through a bag of spinach a week.
Sean, that sounds like a yummy sandwich!
Seanie, there's food in your food. I'm so proud of you!
May I remind you that you also eat moldy rice?
Poor Seanie will never live down the ignominy of the moldy rice(TM).
Had it been either not moldy or not in a tube, he'd'a had a chance.
Also, Hec -- you read Herself's LJ, right? She posted pictures of her new haircut today.
