They don't explain the "whys" of it very well, but the benefits look upgraded. Only two deductibles are going up -- max OOP for prescriptions and hospital visits.
But yeah, more money in the pocket. I was planning on using my raise to offset the higher costs, but now I think I'm going to throw part of that money into the Sec. 125 so I can get new glasses in January.

Supply of web people was higher than demand after the Crash, and salaries have never recovered fully from the glut. Then real estate took off.
I make more than $30K, but I couldn't buy even a condo on my salary.
