I have just gotten lots of financial advice, which is good. I need to diversify my portfolio. Which I want to do this afternoon (dammit, I'm just hanging there overexposed with all my Large Cap funds!!!) but sadly, I have actual work to do.

Sorry, I'm being a big geek. I learned a lot from the guy who manages the 401(k) stuff here, I was previously a "I throw money into 401(k) 'cause They say it's important!" type.
It's a bit of a relief to have some education.
