Out. For. A. Walk. ... Bitch.

Spike ,'Selfless'

Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That's kind of scary, Cass. I hope it passes soon.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I seem to be haing a panic attack. Except, of course, for the mental part. Heart is racing, cold sweat, lots of stuff...

Brain-wise, I am okay.

Maybe Paul Tracy is about to burst into the room?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I should be so lucky. No, really, I should!

I'm okay, Perkins. Just feels funny. I'll put some chamomile tea on and chill with the telly. If it doesn't go away or happens again, I'll be more wary but I think my blood pressure and pulse just decided to wonk around for a while. Should not let them near the remote...

Librarian Warlord

Should not let them near the remote...

Em is adorable.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Astarte, I may at some point want to talk to you about the consulting thing--not in IT, but it's something I might want to do in a few years, in a similar way.

Sure thing. You can ping me at my email anytime. roanna29 at yahoo.

And Nora is certainly not idiotic.

And JZ has very foamy ancestry indeed.

move out and draw fire

I'm usually negotiating significantly for money or travel conditions, so I also mention that I to make a fully informed decision when I take a position.

This is definitely the way to play it; it's different to have had an interview and call back to negotiate.

OK, I want to read that book right now. Or maybe I have. Either way, there's a National Book Award hiding in there.

So true! And gorgeous photos.

Em would be a cutie-boo even without her eyes...with those amazing eyes she's a knock-out.

Then we watched on TiVo replay in slow motion, and indeed, after Ray Durham made his great play you can read his lips saying, "Web Gem."

So Emmett's a lip reader too? Cool.

My son has given up on sleeping. He used to go 12 hours at night, with a couple naps during the day. Now he does 2 30-minute naps and sleeps for 7 hours. He babbled happily at me for TWO SOLID HOURS last night, from 10-midnight, as I rocked him.

I actually needed more "me" time, not less, but he's so adorable it's hard to be upset.

Between stories and pictures, I am dying from the cuteness of 'fista babies. Which is probably for the best cause I need to get some rest.
