That which does not kill you should RUN

I don't want to go to work.

Here on the East Coast, the workday is a personal affront to my need to sleep and stay under the covers until Spring.

Also the ankle I twisted last week is really throbbing this morning.

Ibuprofen is your friend. You can take 3 or 4, but then don't take any more for at least 6 hours, 8 if you can handle it.

I woke up with a horrible sinus headache, which I know is the direct result of my marathon crying jag. Drugs seem to have beaten the sinus pain down, though, which is good.

Still feel like crap. Somehow the co-workers seem to have picked up on it and are being both quiet and also nice to me.

But I would really really just like to crawl in a cave for about 6 months.
