Bobby Flay grates me though I do admit I watch his Boy Meets Grill show because I like to see his grilling techniques and recipes...
I love Alton Brown, and sometime Tyler Florence can be kinda fun.

Bobby Flay is a jackass (and I say that having temped at the Food Network and arranged for his chef's jacket to by dry-cleaned), but his cooking makes up for it. Plus, hot. At least in person.
