Spike's Bitches 26: Damn right I'm impure!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

In other news, I am getting tired of people using "alright" instead of "all right." I'm also getting a bit weary of people using "loose/loosing" when they mean "lose/losing." Yes, one is merely non-standard usage while the other is a wrong word choice, but really, people...

One of the cases I'm in training for misused "anyway" in a legal mailing.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Those boots are very nice, but they're also 1/3 of a month's rent for us, and that's at 70% off their regular price. That's just slightly craxy money for stuff that's intended to surround your stinky feet and step all over the dirty ground.

Anne, I join you in the alright and loose weariness, and I'll raise you the meds I picked up this evening whose little insert packet danced merrily back and forth between "affect" and "effect" as its verb of choice when describing contraindications and such. Also, I suspect that "flaunt/flout" is a lost battle, but it's still physically painful.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Eh. It's all pretend money to me. Like house shopping...

And they are pretty. So very pretty.

I am grouchified that my mailed scripts didn't show today. Nothing I technically need instantly but I hate checking for mail every day and they said they'd be here... I am so first-world complainy.
