Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
Oh, hey, I have that from the D.E.B.S soundtrack.
Are there any space mixes up on brawk?
I haven't posted anything because it's such a minority interest (I presumed) but I have a mix titled The Ineluctable Grooviness of Tomorrow which is early 70s science fiction themes, and library music tracks heavy on the Moog and Fender bass. Funky and synthetic!
Key tracks would be "E.V.A." by Jean Jacque Perry (much sampled, and famously remixed by Fatboy Slim), "The Black Queens Beads" from the Barbarella sdtrk (very sexy) and "Sex World" from the Star Maidens soundtrack.
It's seventies-sexy and space themed.
Also, I've been putting together a mix for myself titled Ballrooms of Mars which is nothing but glam rock ballads with a space theme (there are a lot).
Does any of that interest you, smonster?
"Riding on the Rocket" - Shonen Knife
Planet Earth, Duran Duran
Planet Claire, B-52s
Anything by Man or AstroMan?
Who did, "Children of the Sun"?
Whoa, just noticed there are less than 100 posts for this thread.

Good Lord! Where will we find another Star Trek related pun?
I have fallen for a band called Tub Ring.
They are out of Chicago. They opend for MSI and Leathermouth. My friends and I are pretty unanimous in our faces having been ripped off. And our declarations of obscene acts we'd commit upon their personages.
