Is HOB screwing with the fans, or is CS screwing with the HOB?
I vote the latter.
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

Cohen, I'm betting.
Bing!
I'm not a fan of Dylan pere.
Okay, nobody warned me that Forever the Sickest Kids were the most ridiculous band. They're even more ridiculous than Metro Station, y'all.
FtSK didn't come to my show! I did like Sing It Loud, though.
(It's possible to be more ridiculous than Metro Station?)

Until last night, I would have declared it unpossible, but FtSK brought it with stupid scene hair, headbands, one single fingerless glove, jean manpris, bling on the mic stand, elaborate emo posturing, and a cover of "Men in Black".
The teenies ate it up. I spent their entire set giggling.

Hec, great timing on the Halloween music blogs. I was just hankering today for Weird Al's "Nature Trail to Hell" and now I know where to go looking.
I would also be into eerie folk.
Oh, for those of you playing along at home, my Halloween bellydance trio has shrunk down to a me-o, the other two ladies are too stressed out, currently. I think I'm going to dance to "Furnace Room Lullaby" by Neko Case, b/c I love that song and it's spooky and gorgeous.

I would pay such good money to see this. AWESOME.
From The Department of Weird Musical Things: The BeeGee's "Stayin' Alive" is the best beat to perform CPR to.
a ha ha ha stayin' alive, stayin' alive...
None More Black: Live Siouxsie and the Banshees with Robert Smith on guitar ('82)
And here they are on French TV.
I came in here to ask a question, but now I am doubled over in laughter from Cobra Starship being listed as Christian Rock!!!
my question, though, is for guitar player/people who know them. The show I am working on has a student playing guitar, and he is very active while playing guitar, and his guitar strap keeps popping off the guitar, causing his guitar to fall and chaos to ensue. Does anyone know how rock stars keep their guitars on the strap?
