Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
It downloaded as one entity rather than a bunch of songs.
Is that typical of Amazon mpgs?
You know - I bet PW just doesn't want people listening to one song at a time.

No.

Exactly.
Yeah, there's an article on Westerberg's new album on Salon or Slate that says he did the whole 1-track album thing on purpose. Much as I love the guy for his past glories, that's annoying. I have albums by Richard Buckner and MF Doom that are the same way and never listen to 'em because they're demanding commitment that I rarely have time for.

You mean The Hill? You need the promo version that did track the songs. ;)
Does anyone know the song-something about "Killer Cars"?
No, but I think I may need it for my "Stickshifts and Safetybelts" Mix.
I'm trying not to get into trouble at work for playing music while I'm in the office, so I figured that since the executive director hails from New Orleans, if I came up with a playlist of music she might find homey and slip that in with the rest of my work-safe playlist, it'll cut down on any flack I might possibly get.
Anyone have any recs of songs or bands?
