So, remember Feist's song "1234"? I wasn't the biggest fan of it, nor of the video, but she apparently reworked it for Sesame Street, and it is the most adorable thing. Penguins at the door! Chickens back from the shore! Monsters walking on the floor!

Hee. For some reason, my 65 year old mother LOVES that song. Loved it so much she went out and bought all of Fergie and Black Eyed Peas.

I saw Squirrel Nut Zippers live last night! Katherine, Jimbo, and company together again. It was a terrific show in a packed house, and one of my friends got pulled onstage to dance! Also? Free.

I saw The Morning Light, Steel Train, The Cab, and The Hush Sound tonight, and it was excellent! Let's hear it for tiny club shows!

Uh, maybe? We got there about halfway through, and I'm not familiar with their entire catalog, so it's hard to say.
Just got back from seeing The Hush Sound at House of Blues. It was pretty awesome, I have to say. The Cab have really improved and owned their set.
