Damn. Sorry about that. I can send you a full length a girl named go to make up for it.
Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
You're a Sally Crewe fan? Dude!
Hah. I think we've been through this already. Buy yeah. Sally Crewe fan.
Nothing to apologize for. And, even if there were, the other version of Little Red Corvette you sent would more than make up for it. Very funny. I think I will add both versions to my Groundhog Day mix.
there's also The Clash, "Car Jamming". Boy there's a lot of car songs!
Yeah, they aren't as easy to find as songs with "rain", but I'm happy to have gotten enough new suggestions to bump a few I didn't love having on there.
Megan, insent.
megan, have a listen. Hope you like 'em.
Hah. I think we've been through this already. Buy yeah. Sally Crewe fan.
See, I remember now. Last night, after a half-dozen vodka-related adult beverages? Not so much.
At the request of friends elsewhere who haven't been able to find the Japanese version of Boris's Smile in the US, I uploaded it to a certain file-sharing service. If you want it, I emailed the link to Buffista Rawk.
TCM just showed Sinatra: A Man and his Music + Ella +Jobim which was his '67 TV special.
He was still at the top of his form, and he picked two of his few peers at that time to play with. And he clearly does love playing off Ella and Jobim. Especially the stuff with Ella Fitzgerald is just a master class in phrasing.
It's replaying on TCM at 8pm PST, so cue your Tivo. Next week they're running his last TV special, his '73 comeback Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back.
Semi-related to Megan Walker's playlist, does anyone have Chuck Berry's Maybelline they feel like sharing?
