Take jobs as they come -- and we'll never be under the heel of nobody ever again. No matter how long the arm of the Alliance might get, we'll just get ourselves a little further.

I guess it's a good thing that they're taking a break, because otherwise I'd be tempted to quit my job and follow them around the country like a Deadhead.

Yeah, I've had that thought too.

I did not get hugs! There was a big stupid fence in the way. (And I probably wouldn't have hugged him anyway, because I had The Death and refused to be responsible for felling Iero before he plays at MSG.)

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Of the people I met doing that they were either really delightful or really scary.

We'd surely be of the delightful sort.

I'm trying to nap before My Chemical Rehearsal tonight because I've basically been awake since Tuesday morning but My Chemical Adrenaline has kicked in and it looks like that ain't gonna happen...

I'm looking forward to the Madison Square Madness tomorrow night, but its going to be whooole other scene than the two shows at the Electric Factory.

My Toro Pick has little scratches on it. From the mad mad shredding. I could just fucking die.

Did you guys read the ridiculousness about the 13-year-old girl in England who killed herself because she was part of an "emo cult" who listened to MCR? [link]

(Not ridiculous that she killed herself -- obviously -- but because The Black Parade is being mentioned as a factor.)

(Oh, and how MCR is so *incredibly* pro-suicide. t /sarcasm )

I'm not even going to click on that link, because if it's the article I think it is, there was a HUGE response to it explaining that there is no such thing as an "emo cult", MCR actively tries to encourage their fans to get help if they're depressed, and that on the whole, the writer was a moron.

Nrgh.

Definitely not clicking on that link.

I am excited - it looks like I'll be going to a lot more live shows now, and even better, not have to pay for them. This is a win-win, I feel.

The writer clearly is, but he (she? I can't remember what gender the author is) got his/her ideas from a larger context of people who are totally missing the point.

Oh, Teppy, Toro's hands are GIGANTIC.

Which one is he?
