Mal: Gotta say, doctor, your talent for alienatin' folk is near miraculous. Simon: Yes, I'm very proud.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Who will have her revenge on Seattle.

Heh. I did consider that joke. Though maybe Frances Bean is the one who will enact the vengeance.

GF and I saw the Breeders last night. Damn they rock! It was such a great show! As we were leaving it occurred to me that we saw two bands with a twin sister set in a week (Tegan and Sara was last Wednesday). Interesting coincidence.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

GF and I saw the Breeders last night.

My way-cooler-than-me brother used to hang out with them, back in the day. (They're from Dayton, which is ~1 hr. from Cincinnati.)

So I'm marginally cool-by-association.

GO! They still rock it!

Steph, I am jealous that your bro knows the Deals. GF tried out for Belly a loooong time ago and met Kim Deal while out in Rhode Island. I'm jealous of her, too.

One of my exes was in a proto-version of the Breeders! And I met them when my friend's band, Imperial Teen, toured with them a few years back. They did the Buffy theme in the set I saw! Fun!!
