eMusic has just started carrying a shitload of old Rolling Stones albums.
Some folks thing they won't be there forever, so maybe grab them soon....
Damn, I now have 15 Stones albums....

I am a heretic, because I don't like the Stones. I like their songs, but Mick's voice does nothing for me, and frequently actively bugs me.

Ramones? Stooges? AC/DC? Hmmm....Pixies?
For pure riffs only AC/DC had as many great ones.
For depth of songbook, only the Ramones can stay close.
For impact and influence only the Stooges and maybe Zeppelin or Sabbath.
Thanks for the kind words from earlier, y'all.
Congratulations, Corwood.
And now, for the reason de-post: you can listen to the entire new Breeders album on their myspace. Yay!

If you're going to include the Stooges, then you need to add the Velvets.
Hmmm....Pixies?
I like the Pixies, but have always thought they were overhyped.
Oh, and YAY CORWOOD!

I think she really nails it.
Give me The Who any day.
You know, much as I like the Stones I gotta go there too.
Of course, I've been earworming about 5 different Quadrophenia songs on a rotating basis for a few weeks now (along with Entwistle's bass solo in My Generation), so I'm not exactly objective on this. But, yeah!
