GF and I are waiting to get into the Fox Theatre to see Bjork. Fourth row pit tickets! Hails yeah! Also, some Bloody Marys have been consumed...

Jon, that's so cool!
Word count at 31,806. Raw book is finished. Some parts are squishy and undercooked. Imperfect. But fixable. Death to shameless, whoremongering adverbs! I should just disable the keys "l" and "y" to slow me down.
Will be sending it to publisher soon and begging for the chance to fix it by tomorrow no doubt.
I'll get one good editorial pass and then it's off to typesetting.
Too bleary and anxious to feel good yet.
Congrats Hec!
Is it maybe nap time now?
Raw book is finished.
SWEET!!!
Is it maybe nap time now?
Nope. I have to look at it one more time before sending it in.
It seemed advisable. However, I am damn tired of looking at these words.
Congrats, Hec!
I say take a short nap, and then look at it one more time. Give your (no doubt overheated) brain a break.
I gave it the once over twice and I'm willing to declare: Not Crap.
Some of the stuff I wrote last night was quite good.
I was able to tighten up my joke about Alice Munro and Motorhead.
Sent it to the editor.
I'll get one good pass to fix stuff and then it's done.
