OK. I think I'll try to grab it from the mp3 stream then.
Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach
There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
My favorite post-Beatles John Lennon song wasn't actually recorded by John Lennon. (The song is NSFW).
Scola, thanks for that link. That MP3 was awesome, and it was good to hear it again. I used to have that entire National Lampoon album, and I miss it frequently.
"Turn left at Iceland!"
I love the Beatles. They're B's favourite band now, too, and it's been wonderful watching him discover them. He started with the Red Album, and asked for the Blue Album for his fifth birthday. Sometimes we have to pretend to be the Beatles, and strum our imaginary guitars or drum - he's either Paul or Ringo - and (after I showed him some clips on YouTube) bow neatly at the end.
ADORKABLE!
My first year university roommate was *obsessed* with the beatles. She was a girl who lived like it was 1969. Bless her. Her eventual husband? Grew a mop top just for her.
That kind of maxed out the Beatles for me in this lifetime.
Hec, would you like me to see if I can snag passes for y'all? I know one of the investors at 12 Galaxies....

Yes, ma'am, I surely would.
I know one of the investors at 12 Galaxies....
My friend Tippy Canoe is playing there soon! Everybody should go see her for she rocks the ukelele like nobody's bizness!
Hec, I've pinged. We shall see what transpires.
Also, a question for you music buffs: I have a goodly amount of CDs, most of which are burned to iTunes (more each day). I'm thinking of either selling them (via lala or Amoeba) or removing them from the jewel cases and putting them in binders. I'm on a huge "everything that is not necessary must GO" kick, and the stacks o' plastic are starting to bug. So - what would you do? Keep 'em, or sell 'em (and make sure to back up iTunes)?
(Let's not get into the annoyance of the hundreds of VHS tapes. WAY too many of those.)
