I'd like to live Rio's rock-star lifestyle, 'cause where I'm coming from, $250-$400 for a handbag is definitely expensive. I think "fancy" is more of a judgment call.
To me they are Hec, but I have one pitiful, Clampettesque handbag I've had since ever which is broken. Everything is fancy next to it.
Flea, I don't have a rock-star lifestyle, and I can't generally afford very expensive things, but it's possible to know the lay of the land anyway.
