Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Jesse, I have to kill you now for that earworm.

Come on now! That's the best earworm EVAR.

You evil evil woman.

Though now my earworm, courtesy of the deli in my building, is that Mariah Carey Christmas song (which I shamefacedly admit I *adore*, though I'm still not ready for Christmas music yet).

They bring a whole lot of jangle. I saw them on that tour in Boston. I stood in line at a record store where they were signing things. I didn't want an autograph, but gave them a copy of Love and Rockets #4. They were pleased.

I did a jangly mix not too long ago. I strayed from perfect jangulation (the first two cuts in particular), but hit a lot of the key Rickenbacker notes:

Try A Little Harder Rock City
Ivory Tower The Long Ryders
Changes Gene Clark & Carla Olson
He'd Be A Diamond Bevis Frond
I Don't Want Control Of You Teenage Fanclub
