There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.
OK, I did not plan this, but now on my radio --
Lords of the New Church, "Like a Virgin."
I am SO touched!
Don't stop believin', Jon.
Believe me -- that is so much better than Bei Ling's singing voice.

Now you're just making me want to see it.

GBV - I Am A Scientist
Loves!
Iron & Wine/Calexico - Dead Man's Will
This song gave me out-of-the-blue deep chills the first time I heard it. I ended up picking another song off that album for my currently-being-made 2005 Xmas/Year End Giveaway Mix though.
Now Playing: Jacksonville City Nights, Ryan Adams and the Cardinals. I couldn't help it - my friends E and S both love it and said I would. It's his most traditional country sounding album yet - and so far I am liking it. I haven't heard an album of his all the way through since Gold. His voice sounds really different.
Now Downloading: Today's BoC podcast - so I can listen to it on the train. Go you with the fundraising, Jon!

Thanks Tina. I don't know how enjoyable it'll be for you to listen to. I probably played half the amount of music I usually play, due to me pitching constantly.
