I believe I do. Here's what I do, anyway: two fingers across the eyes for "eye", three fingers in a W for "would," forefinger-thumb gun at head for "die," four fingers for "for," point at someone else for "you."
This is exactly what I pictured too.

couple of weeks ago our new office mngr/marketing asst left after 4 days.
this week the new one started, she left today. Her replacement is coming in this afternoon.
Despite being told that they will have office mngr duties (water plants/order supplies/answer CEO phone) the first two seem SHOCKED at the reality when they get here.
Here's hoping this one works out. Jeez.
