How sad. I realise I found Brock Peters so evocatively familiar because of DS9. I don't think just rewatching To Kill A Mockingbird will atone for that. I need to buy it.

I think of the Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
I had to memorize one part of it back in high school. I think I picked the goriest part,
Albatross brings to mind (1) Rime of the Ancient Mariner and (b) that yes-or-no questions only puzzle about the guy ordering albatross in a restaurant and then killing himself after one taste.

Because you ended this sentence with a comma, I expected to fine whitefonted albatross gore....

OK, so last week Buffistas taught me that the hologram-Vegas guy from DS9 was a character in "The Time Tunnel". Not I learn that Sisko's dad is Tom from "To Kill A Mockingbird", and again my head does this flip of "Oh. My. Goodness. Of course, so that's what it was!". Any other guest stars that will spin my head all over again in DS9?
Tom, the mps of "The Muppets" song in Hebrew os not the translation I know! They say the words "muppet show", the actual English words, a few times, including at the last line. The version I knew (though now I have no idea where I know it from, considering the show was not ever dubbed and I onyl watched it in English), had only wards in Hebrew, and sounded a bit different. Strange. I wonder where this version was from. Thanks for the link!
t /If I post enough about grading, will the actual grading end up happening?
Hüsker Dü: Bob Mould with a Flying V guitar, super-LOUD garage-punk with art-poppy tendencies, gay as the day is long
Blue Öyster Cult: Buck Dharma and the Bouchard brothers, three guitarists total, surprisingly gentle proggy metal with absurdist lyrics written by early 70s rock critics (and a few anthems thrown in for good measure), hedonistic hetero Jersey guys (oops, sorry, Long Island guys), more cowbell
Golden Earring: Scandanavians who did "Radar Love," umlautless.

The DVD has an excellent documentary that is unlike most other making-of docs seen on DVDs. Definitely worth the purchase.

and "Twilight Zone" and "Vanilla Queen" and a song about bondage . . .
CORWOOD IS THE FUNNY.
second Kathy and the awesomeness that is the extras of the TKaM DVD.
Go Fug Yourself objects (quite rightly) to Mischa Barton attempting to dress herself.
