I couldn't believe it the first twenty times you told us, but it's starting to sink in now.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Sue!

Well, we're one step closer to finally getting DSL set up at home. The Verizon guy came by and checked our phone set-up. All's well there, so we just have to wait for the Covad guy...this has been rather annoying.

I'm also a big crazy socialist.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Happy Birthday, Sue!

(I feel like I'm delurking all over again, it's been so long since I posted.)

move out and draw fire

I stun no one by being a "Strong Democrat" (You exhibit a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong and believe in economic fairness.)

I do like the way they present the results, tho I had to read into a few of the questions.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I am a socialist. Not a big surprise here.

You exhibit a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong and believe in economic fairness

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had a Spooks dream. I love the human brain, how it can make one sure this dream is an episode of a specific TV show, even if set and characters are completely different, and how you can be in it, and still know it's a show.

Needless to say, there was pain and sacrifice and noble death. And explosions. I'm not sure if I'm sad about the storyline, or the fact that it wasn't really an episode. Still! Series 4 has started, so there is a happy ending in sight.

What is even happening?

Has anyone been taking the OKCupid politics test? I like the presentation of the results a lot. The accuracy seems to be better than other tests too.
Is that the one that called me disaffected? -- because, what. ev.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Watched Primetime TeeVee last night- Arrested Development and Kitchen Confidential. AD was solid, as usual, and I thought KC had potential. I giggled. Though I hate that Bonnie Somerville character. I rolled my eyes when his girlfriend left him, because you JUST KNOW it's gonna be all Sam/Diane stuff. Which might be intriguing. But mostly, she is total bitchcakes.
