I like the Me First and the Gimme Gimmes' version of "Rocketman".

I'm not watching TV tonight, on account of my housemate and her girlfriend are watching Angels in America. Instead I'm busily ripping CDs to my new computer (yay! so exciting!) and avoiding folding my laundry (slightly less novel and thrilling). Also, I am listening to the Decemberists and experiencing New Band Bliss.

You can't, if the only thing you can do is add and subtract in those exact amounts. Since the greatest common factor is 5, any quantity you get will be a multiple of 5.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Why do most commercials now have really annoying music? When did the ability to sing on-key become unnecessary for one to be a professional singer? When did I become a fogey who hates the younger generation's music?

Actually, I know the answer to the last one. I was 30.

Allyson is quite pretty. So there. She's even managed to make a cameo in a dream I had, as pretty, which is quite freaky because a) I don't normally add invisible people to my dreams, and b) if one of y'all ever includes me in a dream, don't tell me. It freaks me out. So if I freaked you out, Allyson, forgive me. It's against my principles, but apparently, you are a force to be reckoned with (you were rightfully chewing me out, buty with good intentions.)

I watched a lot of intermixed teevee. KC, Surface. Together. Exploding fish tanks that chop off fingers! Weak moms and disappearing SOs!

And Las Vegas. It's silly, but I'm fond of the pretty.

I'm being paranoid. It's annoying.
