Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy Birthday Nora!!!

Huh. I think I linked to that a year or two ago.

It is from 2000. It was posted on a blog I read, and it seemed very Buffista-esque.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Nora! Yay! Happy birthday! Why didn't you say?

Yeah, I'm not big with the sympathy on that guy, but I am wondering about this:

While in custody and during two years of supervised release, the teenager is prohibited from possessing or using any computer, cell phone or other equipment capable of accessing the Internet.

For two years? It was one thing back 15 years ago when they'd ban the hacking masterminds from coming near a computer, but... well, it'll be tricky if he's still in school, and tricky if he wants to get a job.

Also, Netflix doesn't have Blake's 7 and so I've never seen it. I tried to watch some First and Second Doctor stuff, but I got bored pretty quickly, and what I really wanted to see was the very beginning and the changeover (also, reading summaries it looks like the Doctor had a niece or something originally? What happened to her?). I loved Nine with a deep and abiding love. I'm waiting impatiently for the release of Red Dwarf Seasons 7 and 8 on DVD.

There. Fannish infodump done.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Happy Birthday Nora!

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

The niece stayed in a post-apocalyptic London, IIRC, this is before they retconned the Dr into an alien - originally he was a time-travelling scientist, I think
