I can't keep track of all the TV I watch. That's what my journalist husband and Tivo are for.
I'm pan-roasting a pork tenderloin for dinner (to be turned into chipotle-pork-avocado wraps), and the air is filled with the scent of the adobo sauce I marinated it in. It's lovely, except the pepper keeps filling my nose and making me cough, so I can't breathe.
It may be time to admit we need a fan in there.
TiVo says I'm watching Bones and House tonight. I shall do what my TiVo tells me.
I'm browning ground turkey for American Chop Suey, as my Mom used to call it....
You know what you need, Jess?
Buffistas who live nearby and show up unannounced, like Kramer. The front door opening and closing will clear things right up.
Yes, the Rhind Papyrus. There's also a Moscow Papyrus, but it's much smaller.
Okay, I'm halfway through the division problem. Now to add 1 and 2/3 and 1/6 and 1/12 and 1/15 and 1/138 and 1/173 and 1/276 and 1/59,685 together and hope it comes out how I want.
Pity me. Also, when you're counting your blessings next? Include the invention of non-unit fractions.
Bones, so far, is fast-paced and quippy.
I have killed 5 more boxes of book mountain, and still can't see a whole lot of difference. I am starting to understand the strange ways of the strange people without books, only not.
I think I shall have another screwdriver.
You know, I gave up on
Bones
in advance. I'm het. The DB thing has got nothing on me.
Are we watch-and-posting on
Bones
somewhere?
I like chard and just ate some last night with pasta. Whole wheat pasta with chard, garlic, prociutto and pine nuts. Also a bit o' balsamic vinegar and a few raisins to balance it all out. So, all salty and slightly bitter and sweet. Yum!
Dave's doing much better than I've sometimes seen him do (*coughLiamcough*), but the chick is the highlight here so far. Even aside from her uncanny resemblance to the gorgeous sis of a friend of mine -- she can, you know, act.
