Okay, I feel better than I am not alone in my phone fear. I always felt like a freak.

bon, did you have to use a PA system? I hated that even more than the phone.

The funny part is, after that, I ended up spending 10 years working at entertainment agencies where all I did all day long was be on the phone.

God, no. I hate talking on the phone, especially for business purposes. I keep trying to give my work phone away, but no one will take it because it's the phone random people in Brazil call for miracles.

I stayed at that company for five years and before I left was one level down from the board of directors.

Ann, that's a ferret.

And yes, it's satire, people.

Thanks for the disclaimer. I never would have guessed.

No, seriously, I wouldn't.

I just got a package containing soaps and other nice smelling things for -t from someone in DC. I can read the real life name on the outside of the package just fine, but the signature inside got smudged, so I can't read it, and (although I am pretty sure I should), I don't know how the real life name translates to board names.

Could whoever sent it let me know? Thanks!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Oh, thank god I didn't have to use a PA system.

I think a lot of people on the board have phone fear. I am surprised at how many succesful women I know personally who have it. I await our anti-depressant specifically for phone fear.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I have mild phone-fear. My phone fear used to be much greater, especially back when I used to stutter.

It always surprises me that the people with phone fear are often some of the most articulate people I know.
