Buffy: He ran away, right? Giles: Sort of, more. turned and swept out majestically, I suppose. Said I didn't concern him. Buffy: So a mythic triumph over a completely indifferent foe? Giles: Well, I'm not dead or unconscious, so I say bravo for me.

Our wings are not tired.

Fox News has turned on the Bush Administration.

I may have to call in the paramedics for my brother. Where will he get his news now?

This does sound a bit too good to be true, but I have been encouraged by the press in general pulling no punches lately.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I don't know. Journalists have been sucking total fucking ridiculous amounts of ass for too long for me to believe they'll stick to this very long before they get distracted by Karl Rove waving something shiny Over There.

I think they just get off BEING the story. "Look! The lame ass media is suddenly... slightly less lame! Front page news if you ask me!"

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Actually, I suspect FOX just doesn't want to miss the bus. It's not like they're suddenly going to become liberal.

Putting political philosophies aside, for the moment... O, Crap. I can't do that.

Anyways. A shift away from Bush is a good thing.

Drunk now. Politics are now a murky thing, filled-up with, like, words and stuff.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We had no way of knowing that Gus would get drunk. I just found out about it now.

Smarty pants. I would destroy you with a quip, if it were not for all the typing involved.

Gus, let's not play the blame game.

Bush's approval rating continues to drop. But this is the first I've heard of this:

Reflecting the tarnished view of the administration, only 38 percent of registered voters say they would vote for a Republican for Congress if the Congressional elections were held today, while 50 say they would vote for a Democrat.
