So the folks who set up my email changed my name to Kathleen. It took 4 calls to get them to get it set up at all. How long will it take to get them to fix my name to Kathryn?

Me, I'm back from a friend's wedding after a very nice time (and some good food!), but my vague sniffle has progressed to stuffy nose and eyes on the verge of watering. I think there is cold medicine in my immediate future, in which case I will start wandering around like a zombie that says "Kleeeeeeeenex!" instead of "Braaaaaaains!"
