God, Gus, most people hate it when I bust out with the Balmerana. My mother is a very patient woman, but if I start one more sentence with "You know, in West Baltimore..." she may evict me. Even if it is my house. Well, the dealers moved out upstairs; that'll help. You think it's cute...where you been all my life? The same state as my punkassed cousin. Sigh.

I have a friend who will go on and on about how brokers are scum sucking pigs, and actually that's not a terrible place to start, because then you can be pleasantly surprised once in a while.

Hey Steph! THANKS for sending the book to my friend Susan. She stopped me yesterday and said, "Do you know Stephanie (Lastname)?" I said yes and then she said how she sorta didn't process your name because we have a coworker named Stephanie Yang. So she kept trying to thank her for the book until she looked at the card again.
She appreciated it.
