You know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I go get and beat you with until you understand who's in ruttin' command here.

Today is the (round numberth) birthday of my little sister, Nutty. I wasn't best pleased about it at the time, but look how lucky I am now! Happy Birthday, Nutty!

What is even happening?

Happy Birthday, Nutty!!!

Happy sister day, flea!

This makes me think of that picture that Nilly has of us that we are all in, with Theo and a couple others, doing a TA-DAH! sort of pose.

If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance or baffle 'em with bullshit, distract distract distract.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I wasn't best pleased about it at the time

So they wouldn't take her back, huh?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NUTTY!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Happy Birthday, Nutty.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Happy numberth birthday, Nutty!

I know the youngest boy's first name is Ian. He came to school in a dress shirt, tie, and slacks--his hair high and tight and I was wondering about hwo formal he looked (we don't have a dress code). Then I spotted a wee little diamond stud in one ear. Adorable.

Awww. On Emmett's first day of school, Hec and I noticed one girl among the third graders who was dressed incredibly formally: black velvet dress with white lace trim at the cuffs and collar and hem of the skirt, tights, patent leather shoes, and, instead of a backpack, a large leopard-print purse. Emmett's mom, who was a teacher's aide in most of the classes last year, said, "Oh, her, yes. She's always dressed like that. Long dresses, velvet, usually a hat." Jilli-in-training!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, Nutty!

According to the Boston Foundation and the Citizens' Housing and Planning Association's "Housing Report Card" cost of living is the highest in the country.

BAH. Come on, everyone knows NYC is #1!!

Happy Birthday, Nutty!

le nubian, I was just reading a piece on the labor blog that ties in with your post. [link]

Step by step, [the] Bush [Administration] has been dismantling every rule and every law that they can that would ensure loyalty by government employees to the public, rather than to the political needs of the incumbent.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Happy Birthday, Nutty.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Have fun storming the Kenya, ita!

How sad is it that I wondered if anyone would say this?

Happy birthday, Nutty!
