What a new, improved GOP New Orleans might look like is hard to say. If I had to guess, I'd predict it would resemble the old city about as much as the New Orleans Square exhibit at Disneyland -- except with fewer black people on the street. Of course, a humid, polluted metropolis that combines the innovative urban planning of Sugarland, Texas with the vibrant, multiethnic culture of Greenwich, Conn. might not be quite as big of a tourist draw.

My work is getting real frustrating right now. I am doing a bunch of stuff for the first time and I feel really lost and I want my boss to sit and go through it with me, but he is in a meeting and having to cover some work that needs doing for a designer that is out today. ANYHOO, the frustration is pointing me in the direction of wanting to pick a fight, EVEN after the ice cream break (on which I got to accompany 2 darling children of a co-worker). ok, my point is EAT IT! (directed at anyone, but if memory serves Steph, bon bon, Jesse, Perkins, the pesky Canadians, and of course ita - are good targets).
