Uh-huh. Those three documents have bates-stamps on them. Two of them have dated trial exhibit stickers on them. They are not "secret" memos (at least as of today), they were produced as part of litigation that, to judge from the trial stickers, happened a decade ago.
I didn't read the linked article, I was just responding in general that collusion isn't the same thing as just trying to be profitable. Maybe there's nothing to it in this case. There might be some localized price gouging on gas, but I don't really see it on a national basis. Also, I think price freezes on gas would be a really bad idea.

They are supposed to be bigger and more powerful than the current ones. I think Honda really needs a new model to slot beneath the Civic at this point.

Actually, Darts and Chevelles and other early '70s muscle-ish cars are the big new collectibles nowadays. People are buying them and restoring them and they do look purty all spiffed up.
