And now my boy's in love. All hearts and flowers. But, doesn't it freak you out that she used to change your diapers? I mean, when you think about it, the first woman you boned is the closest thing you've ever had to a mother. Doing your mom and trying to kill your dad. Hm. There should be a play.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

The one good thing about my dad moving to the central coast is that LA will be just as inconvenient to fly into as Oakland, so I might actually get a chance to see the San Diego Zoo and/or Wild Animal Park for the very first time.

Always Anti-fascist!

I've never seen the Animal Park. The zoo is great, though.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Just because I drove you past one armed robbery???

Hey, it's more than anyone else thought to do for me while I was in the States.

Y'know, I reckon Jack Bauer's probably lost more than one lover because he insists on changing the safe word on a nightly basis.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I reckon Jack Bauer has the most vanilla of sex.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Wha????

Cass, are you shocked that we didn't go see the condors (I used to know 2 women who worked in the condor release program in the Ventana Wilderness) or have you not been there since they built it?

I go by the philosophy of "Live each visit to the San Diego Zoo and/or Wild Animal Park as if it were your last. Ooh, condors!!"

I can understand that. But we already have one other trip concretely planned and we'll also go in December when they have the holiday lights up in the Wild Animal Park. And we have a membership so it pays to amoratize by going often.

I've never seen the Animal Park. The zoo is great, though.

The Zoo is great. The Wild Animal Park is also excellent, but different. It's pretty cool that they've developped to parks that are close, similar but have totally different appeals.

I also love the idea that over 500 babies are born at the WAP each year.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I try to be a good hostess.

Oooh! Can I offer to find out? For the team, I mean... Mmmm, Keifer.

I love the idea that they're not talking about the animals. "Darling, we have to get to the delivery room now!" "But I haven't seen the burrowing owls yet! Just one more-- ooooh, that was a big one..."

Ha. no they were talking about the animals.

I'd like a baby rhino and a baby giraffe.

Well, the condors are right next to the bighorn sheep and I love the bighorn sheep (I saw two in Joshua Tree Monument National Park!!!!) so I go there first usually.

But I agree with the going early and often to the Zoo and WAP with memberships.

I love all of the babies at both places. Makes me feel like we are doing something to help out the animal world instead of just destroying it.

I reckon Jack Bauer has the most vanilla of sex.

I reckon he cries a lot afterwards. But in Australia we recently got up to Jack torturing his girlfriend's husband, and I swear I saw a glimmer of recognition in Audrey's eyes.

He's been through too much trauma, it has to have affected him. Plus, in the words of Jeff, all I'm saying is why reject the only evidence we have?
