Oh, I get it. You just don't like who did the rescuing, that's all. Wishin' I was your boyfriend what's-his-height. Oh wait, he's run off.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yep, but according to EW she will be back. (do I need to whitefont, or delete this).

I like her. I just am not sure if it is enough to get me to watch.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Re: the racism: Watching the news cover the President's visit to New Orleans and Gulfport to day, Joe noticed something. Most of the coverage and front page photos and slideshows have predominantly shown African American survivors. There was NOT. ONE. black person shown with or near The President. WTF is THAT?

Art Crawl!!!

Right, they introduced her in the finale.

Technically, yeah, we should probably be whitefonting -- it hasn't been a year yet, right?

I also have high hopes for "Kitchen Confidential".

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I saw him some. I couldn't give you a percentage though.

I saw the president hugging some African Americans. I think it was somewhere in Mississippi. From what I could tell, they seemed to be giving him grief, while he gave them platitudes and that really annoying grin. Bah.

I know he stopped in Biloxi. He was "comforting" a black mother & daughter who just kept saying they'd lost everything. You could chalk it up to a photo op, but with the audio it didn't help his image much.

Ain't it the truth, aurelia. Actually, it may have been intended to be a photo op, but with that freaky grin, I think he lost on that count as well. I have a harder time judging the audio, because his voice always makes my skin crawl, so it's hard for me to listen to the words. It's a failing of mine, but one I can live with.

I could suggest a few people to send in first...

I'm going thru my clothes to see what I can give (if I find a way to get them there and/or an org who wants to take them) and I'm being reminded of just how many concert T's I have (mostly from shows I've worked). To name a few... Indigo Girls, U2, Rolling Stones (2 different shows), Boys II Men, Tori Amos, Widespread Panic, Tesla, Bob Dylan, John Tesh, James Taylor, Chris Isaak, Vince Gill, and Spin Doctors.
