Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That is sad.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Now I want an apple pancake too!

Robin, take tomorrow off, we'll go to Manhattan Beach and have Apple Pancakes!

eta: It's root canal day.

Oh, oops, sorry. Never mind, then. Hope it all goes well.

Definitely have pancakes. Kat should, too. And Robin.

And so should I.

I want pancakes like I got with Erinaceous--some place called the "Bongo Room"--chocolate chunk french toast with mascarpone and maple cream stuff and bananas and...yumminess.

Or, Oreo pancakes, which she had.

Good lord, meara. That's... well, that's just food porn.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

meara, are you trying to kill me? I don't eat breakfast, but that doesn't qualify. It's complete decadence masquerading as french toast.

The sweetest thing I eat or drink these days is the Safeway Select Sugar Free Sparkling Water Beverage in an assortment of flavors.

Oh, it was SOOO good. I believe it was called "Chocolate Tower of French Toast". And Erin had Oreo Pancakes. And my umfriend said the hashbrowns were the best she'd ever had. It was good stuff--worth the crazy wait for a table.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That sounds good, but almost too much.

Almost.
