I always thought the name Serenity had a vaguely funereal sound to it.

What is even happening?

Yay, TOM!

We went to the beach on Saturday, and then came back from our vacation in Maine, after we all showered, and had dinner. Sunday was a complete jammie day, which I totally needed, so I'd have a store of bejammied hours to draw upon, once the school year begins. The school year is entirely too cheap with the jammie days.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Rock on, Tom!!! Also? What Teppy said.

I am disappointed that I am not close enough to Tom to help reenact the panda pile in congratulations.

I spent saturday at my friend's, doing laundry and playing with her cats. Sunday, I went to the zoo. And really liked it.

There was also errands and stuff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dude, Tom. Rock star!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

This weekend? I asked a girl out, and she said yes.

Right the fuck on! I'm going to need details.

GO TOM!

I am disappointed that I am not close enough to Tom to help reenact the panda pile in congratulations.

I am disappointed that geography prevents such a display.

I just ran the shortest freaking meeting, to which almost everyone showed up.

No, it's not Scola-esque, but my bar is low, and I'm delighted.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Au contraire, short meetings are a gift.
