Huh. In my experience, you get a D for staying mostly awake and not being rude to the teacher. If you can actually do stuff, you get a B! But my standards may have been lowered a bit. Have to work on that.

Okay, so I spent 45 on a bus ride that's supposed to take a half hour or under (and which was 15 minutes late). Most of that time was in front of a man with a distinct odor. And now I can't stop smelling it. I don't know if the smell just got stuck in my nose, or if it got on my clothes somehow. And... ewwww.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I have spent much of the day reading Lulu Eightball, which is awesome. Another one for the Buffistas: [link]

I've used the magic eraser to clean up walls that have been Leifed. It's very effective.

Now that's a testimonial.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Happy Birthday Polgara!!!

Er, Fauré's Requiem doesn't contain the Dies Irae.

(How incredibly geeky do I feel now? And this isn't even my field of geekdom!)

one school of French composers (led by Fauré) omitted the Dies iræ

Er, Faure's Requiem doesn't contain the Dies Irae.

Also, I don't think season 5 would rate "Marry Me". Maybe season 2,3, or perhaps 4.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I'm cracking up at "Sledgehammer."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think season 5 would rate "Marry Me". Maybe season 2,3, or perhaps 4.

Owning season 5 makes you a completist. Owning season 2? You don't even date someone who doesn't have that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm cracking up at "Sledgehammer."

OMG me too.

Happy birthday, Polgara!!
