So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I promise not to spindle you, for lo, it sounds painful.

God, me too. But being in solitary confinement for the last 6 months of pregnancy makes now seem like a mosh pit of companionship.

Weirdly, while I miss the humans, I also miss alone time.

Which I could have in a casual work environment, which is like a gerbil cage in a lot of ways, with the humans being the self-waterer.

I am, at the moment, having a few minutes of alone time before I start to feel guilty and go hang with the rest of the household.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Alone time without lonliness is good. A couple of years ago I spent a week with no alone time except in the bathroom and I just about lost my mind. Of course, the family members I was with might have had something to do with it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I note you left out 'fold, spindle or mutilate'.
shrugs

I figured you might be bendy.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I figured you might be bendy.

Should I be eyeing you suspiciously next time I see you?

Only if I suddenly start mentioning my sudden keen to learn origami.

Then you've come to the right place. I'm contemplating making an origami rose in a lidded box for going to the movies on Sunday.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Do I embrace the "you can spindle me ANYtime" or just avoid it?

I'm torn.

(though not folded or mutilated)

I like this guy's work. [link] Though having his as my uncle-in-law helps.

The rose didn't link so much and lunk.

I'm torn.
