Especially if it's something deep-fried. Maybe you should go for a hot turkey sandwich, open-faced, with gravy and dressing - a little healthier, but not much.

well, now I've just been told that I may have to leave for Wisconsin in four hours. On one hand, a suitcase full of dirty clothes and a 11PM arrival in Wisconsin, OTOH -- CHEESE CURDS.
Cheese curds are so good when they're fresh. Also, fresh cheese curds squeak when you eat them.
I just had a very yummy ham, cheddar and apple wrap with a small salad.
I cannot imagine fries with gravy. Sounds nasty. Probably because I am not a big gravy fan.
