Mmmm, brown gravy and fries. I first heard of that when I saw the movie DINER and immediately tried it at the local greasy spoon (the late Charlie's Cafeteria in Kenmore Square, where Myles Standish Hall went when there was a 3 am fire alarm) - it was teh YUM!

My husband, when he was a small child, would go to the Zellers (discount department store in Canada) restaurant with his mom and ask for "fies gavy peas". (translation: Fries with Gravy Please). I had a similar experience going to the Sears restaurant with my mom. As a result, fries with gravy is comfort food for us. Probably not a good thing.
wow, there are potato things I've not eaten. Kind of amazing.

Mmmm...fries. (Does that Homer drooling thing.)
Nothing like having a hurricane named after one to show that yes, it is possible to mispronounce that name.
Emily, I'm not quite sure HOW to mispronounce your name. Honestly.
