Nilly, why am I not surprised you have a Jossverse AC?

Freaky KNIFE WIELDING MAN clucks at dog: "No, Precious, stay away from the door! C'mere, Precious, like a good puppy."
OMG that's so classic.
So, my boss is off this week, so I was planning on doing some filing along with the screwing around here, but today the dean's main assistant is out, so I can justifiably claim that I had to hang around my desk to cover the phones instead of filing in the other room. Boo hoo.
The presence of the furball sort of reduced any alarm I might have felt.
But then, I'm remarkably slow-witted when it comes to those sorts of situations. I used to find myself walking through the middle of gang fights all the time in high school.
Nilly, your a/c really did not need to join ours in misguided sympathy. Really.
CONGRATULATIONS Fiona family!!!
Mrs. Saget and Mr. RIO -- CONGRATULATIONS, FUCKOS!!!
Nora! Are you and Tom all settled in your new house, now, or is there some more unpacking left?
I meant to ask you. I was showing the USA trip pictures to a friend (yeah, for the first time, a year after the fact. I'm slow), and she absolutely loved the cover you had on your guest bed in the room I slept in (yes, I'm a dork, I took a picture of every room I've slept in, so that I'd remember how places looked like). She was wondering whether it was bought or hand-made (I don't have any parentheses to put at the end of this sentence).
[Edit: 2*4 is 8*1, and it's like the second product is hugging the first. Or maybe my head is still way too spinny.]
we still have much unpacking to do, but most of the boxes that need unpacking are out of our day-to-day way, up on the third floor of the house. i think we're going to tackle that stuff next week, when we have the week off of work.
Was the cover a knitted blanket, that was blue and purple? Tom's mother knit that for us.
Congrats, Rio!
Congrats, Fiona!
Hi Nilly!
OK. I've used up all my exclamation points now. I'm trying to motivate myself to go study. So far, it isn't really working.
Congratulations to Rio and Saget and to Fiona and family!
I just got a response email from Indiana's Meth Watch coordinator. I was right and Wal-mart was wrong. She's going to contact the store and inform them of their mistake--I apparently wasn't the first complaint they received about Wal-mart and pseudoephedrine.

What's this, then?
